We have talked a lot about building company culture and why it’s important. This can be achieved in a number of ways such as; Defining Company Core Values, Offsite Retreats, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Wellness Programs.

One that is equally important is social connection experiences, which is essentially a program that enhances the feeling of being close and connected to others. This can be accomplished with a number of team building activities, such as; Team Olympics, Scavenger Hunt, and Amazing Race.
