“Amazing Race”

Channeling the Style of the “Amazing Race” television show, this program will foster creativity and quick thinking as teams will have to overcome roadblocks, detours and challenges to get to the finish line!

Time: 1.5-2.5 hours; 12-1000+ participants

Scavenger Hunts

Bring your team together for an activity that requires corporate business skills! Scavenger hunts are an exciting and active way for your group to focus on their problem solving and time management abilities.

Boot Camp Challenge

In this boot camp simulation, your team and co-workers will tackle a series of military themed challenges in a variety of secret locations. One of our fan favorite challenges is the swamp crossing where teammates must work together to navigate two parallel boards across the “swamp”.

Time: 1.5-2.5 hours; 12-1000+ participants

Team Connections Consulting Program

This program will focus on the premise that organizations don’t spend enough time on the interactions and relations of building their teams. We will present a series of team-building exercises that are fun, interactive and experiential, while promoting learning and growth through group participation and discussion.

Time: 3-4 hours; 5-100 participants

“Reach New Heights: Climb-A-Thon”

Positive Adventures brings a portable climbing wall to you allowing your group to participate in one of America’s fastest growing sports: rock climbing. Participants will set goals for themselves and the program can be designed with team development goals in mind or simply a chance to get your employees moving and having fun!

Team Olympics

Positive Adventures’ Team Olympics gives your team a chance to compete in a series of wacky challenges outdoors while reigniting the fire within the group and forging solidarity. This program can be tailored to inspire enthusiasm within your company for new products, programs, and ideas.

Recycle & Reuse – Recycled Art

Come together for an activity that requires a collaborative effort and lots of energy! Our Recycle & Reuse program is an exciting way for your team to learn the value and benefits of utilizing recyclable products!

Minute to Win It

Have you ever heard the expression “Are you in it to win it?” This program is based upon that expression but asks, “Can you win it, in a minute?” Based off the popular TV Show “Minute to Win It,” teams will compete in a number of one-minute challenges that will involve teamwork and varying in difficulty.

Time: 1.5-2.5 hours; 12-1000+ participants

Culinary Camaraderie Team Cooking

Join us for a delicious program that combines team building and gourmet food! We will have a professional Chef rate the food your group prepares. Choose from Happy Hour selections such as: World of Salsa/Guacamole, “Guacarita”: Guacamole and Margarita-making, Delicious Desserts, Classy Canapé, or try our Multi Course menu featuring Paella Perfection, Holi Moli Ravioli, or Gourmet Grilling.

Survivor

Participants are invited to outwit, outlast and outplay in order to become the sole surviving tribe! In our creative adaptation, we will put your “tribe” to the test. Your group will be divided into tribes that will compete in a series of fun and challenging timed activities.

Sandcastle Build

Come and experience what SoCal is known for: its beautiful beaches and scenic coastline with an exciting and fast-paced sand castle team-building competition. The sand castle build will take place at the location of your choice along the San Diego coast with its miles of unspoiled beaches!

Icebreakers, Kickoffs, Networking

An icebreaker, kickoff, or networking event led by Positive Adventures will inspire a sense of community, purpose, and growth to make your event or new initiative as productive, impactful and welcoming as possible. Drawing on our years of experience working with organizations of all different kinds, Positive Adventures will craft an event to suit your organization’s identity and goals.
